CELEBRITY SPOTLIGHT - Rebel Wilson

Here's a new thing on the blog! I'll be doing posts on celebrities who i think are amazing and have upcoming shows or celebrities that I think people should know more about. I'm calling this as "Celebrity Spotlight." And the first celebrity to get hit by the spotlight is funny actress Rebel Wilson.

 Rebel Wilson is an Australian actress, writer and a stand up comedienne known for her roles in the television shows Pizza and Bogan Pride and the movie Bridesmaids.

Rebel (yes that's her real name!) has siblings named Liberty, Riot and Annachi and were born on the Western part of Sydney or as Rebel calls it "the ghetto side of Sydney." Her parents were professional dog showers and Rebel herself was a junior dog shower. However, she studied Law and Arts (Theatre and Performance Studies) at the University of New South Wales. She also became a Rotary International Youth Ambassador for Australia and was based in South Africa for one year. She was excited about it and thought that it was gonna be like Lion King (her exact own words) but when she was there, she had malaria and started having hallucinations. She even hallucinated that she was an actress and won an Oscar. That hallucination made her pursue her acting career.

Rebel Wilson will also be starring in this year's musical comedy Pitch Perfect together with Anna Kendrick and Brittany Snow. She is casted as Fat Amy, one of the talented Bellas. Watch the trailer to see how good she is here:
