SPOONFUL - Salted Egg Pasta

If there's one type of food that I can eat everyday and not get tired of eating , it's pasta. It's a full meal in itself. And whether it be baked or just with plain sauce, I'm down for it.

Often times, I make pasta when I don't know what to eat. It's quite easy to make and I can get creative with what sauce I mix in.

So here's an easy pasta recipe that you can make at home:


SALTED EGG PASTA




INGREDIENTS:

Spaghetti pasta
Salted egg
Onion, minced
Garlic, minced
Cream
Chili flakes
Parmesan cheese



PROCEDURE:

1. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Puree salted egg using a food processor or blender. Add water to puree properly.
3. Saute onions and garlic. Add pureed salted egg. 
4. Add little cream to the salted egg mixture, Simmer until thick.
5. Toss in cooked pasta.
6. Topped with parmesan cheese and chili flakes.
